Following the extremely popular GiantMouse ACE Grand comes the all-new ACE Atelier, nicknamed the "Mini Grand". Available in multiple handle material options proportionally sized down from the ACE Grand, their is an Atelier for everyone! The Elmax steel blade was designed to be perfect for all-around use and is scaled down from the ACE Grand. A high Saber Flat Grind makes it a strong but very effective slicer, and the pronounced swedge provides a fine point for penetration without losing strength at the tip.
